Whether you want to spend a romantic evening for two, a special family dinner or a joyful evening with friends, the At Schieffelin’s Restaurant pampers you with the best selection of gourmet foods. You can round off your evening with a drink or two at our authentic saloon.
 
Opening hours:
Our restaurant, which is located on the Apache Spirit Ranch, is open every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening. Reservations need to be made in advance and no later than 10:00am on the same day.

Chef’s Choice:
The At Schieffelin’s Restaurant does not offer à la carte dining. Instead you will have the chef’s choice for that particular evening. We will just need to know if there is an ingredient that you won’t eat.

This different approach to eating out will let you enjoy your evening without any interruptions and without having to sit over a menu with too many choices. It will also ensure that you will have the best and freshest food that is currently in season.

Our 3-course dinner starts at only $39 per person plus tax. This includes an appetizer, entrée, dessert and soft drinks. You will be able to choose from meat, fish or chicken for your entrée.
