Myth and reality: Now Tombstone, Arizona has got a new unique exhibition about Karl May.
The movies with Pierre Brice as Winnetou and Lex Barker as Old Shatterhand are unforgettable. That’s why we have made a Museum in Tombstone about the famous novelist Karl May — who created Winnetou and Old Shatterhand over a century ago.
The official Karl May Museum association from Radebeul, Germany and initiator Peter Stenger (from the Apache Spirit Ranch), are very pleased to have opened up the fascinating Karl May exhibition back in May 2012. American Indian original objects, such as jewelry and ornate moccasins, complete the exhibition. Moreover wall charts illustrate the life of Cowboys and Native Americans.
